The Mandai Wild Icons Collection is a series of handcrafted bracelets inspired by the animals of Mandai Wildlife Reserve.

A collaboration with Strait Lights, a Singapore design studio that transform heritage, landscapes, and cultural icons into meaningful, wearable stories. As a Singapore Company of Good, every product is crafted with care and conscience.

Mandai x Strait Lights - Sun Bear Bracelet

Named for the golden crescent on their chest. which folklore says represents the rising sun, the sun bear is fierce enough to force down tigers, yet small enough to curl in a tree hollow and forage for honey, termites and insects.

The sun bear is now extinct in Singapore, lost to deforestation and the illegal wildlife trade. Globally, their population has declined by 35% since the 1990s. Mandai is part of the effort to change that, supporting conservation programmes across Southeast Asia to protect what remains.

Every bracelet is a reminder of what we can still protect.
