These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and its products, operated by Mandai Wildlife Group. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, you cannot use the site.

You must be 18 or older to use our services. You may need to create an account and are responsible for keeping your account details confidential. Do not engage in illegal activities, interfere with the site, or misuse content.

We strive for accurate product details but do not guarantee they are error-free.

Orders depend on availability and can be refused or canceled. Prices may change, but confirmed orders will not be affected. 

• One-Time Redemption: Each discount code is valid for a one-time use only.
• Valid Period: Discount codes are only valid during the specified promotion period.  The validity period will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Non-Transferable: Vouchers and discount codes are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not for resale.
• Expiration and Changes: Discount codes are subject to change at any
  time. They may be removed or extended without prior notice.
• Usage: Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be applied. They cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts unless
  explicitly stated.
• Eligibility: Some codes may be limited to specific items, purchases, or customers. Please refer to the promotional terms for more details.  

• Orders will be processed and prepared for collection within 2 to 5 working days.
• Customers will receive a notification once the order has arrived at the designated collection point and is ready for pickup.
• The collection period is 7 calendar days from the date of notification. Uncollected orders after this period may be cancelled without prior notice or refund.
• Please note that carrier bags are not provided by default. Should you require a carrier bag, kindly ensure it is added to your order at the time of purchase.

• All subscriber information will be handled in accordance with the
  Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and kept confidential.
• Promotional offer codes issued through subscription are valid for one-time use only, unless otherwise stated.
• Subscribers will receive the latest updates, exclusive promotions, and special offers via email or other official communication channels.

• Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Expiration: Gift cards may have an expiration date, which will be provided at the time of purchase.
• Loss: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift card codes.
• Usage: Gift cards can be used at checkouts for purchases. Any unused balance remains for future use.

We offer shipping within Singapore and internationally. Details are in our Shipping Policy. Returns are subject to our Return Policy, with international customers handling their own return shipping costs and customs duties.

All content on the site is owned or licensed by us. You may use it
only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Other uses require our
written permission.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage or loss of profits. These terms are governed by Singapore law.

We may update these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
