Refund Policy

Mandai Wildlife Reserve offers a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request for a return, you can contact us at retail.ecommerce@mandai.com. Upon confirmation from Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a return shipping label with shipping instructions will be given. Items sent back to us without confirmation from Mandai Wildlife Reserve will not be accepted.

Refunds and returns are not applicable for overseas purchases. This policy ensures smooth processing and aligns with our terms and conditions.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care/hygiene goods (such as earrings and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return to confirm if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If you haven't received the refund within 14 business days after approval.
